La Tercera's elementary students were some of the youngest participants at the
SCOE STEAM Showcase at the Luther Burbank Center, Santa Rosa, on Friday, March 3. As students and teachers from Sonoma County's first STEM school, it was an honor and a pleasure to

Students read books at home and in the classroom and took Accelerated Reader tests at school. Each book read got us closer to the goal of 45,367,755 throught the first trimester. Including non-fiction reading, La Tercera students read 46,146,145 as of March 3rd, the deadline!! This is 778,390 over the goal. Mrs. Hodge will be working with the dunk tank people to come up with a dunking date!
